We are seeking a skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer with hands-on experience in Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in identity lifecycle management, access governance, application onboarding, workflow development, and IAM integrations across on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and support Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.

Collaborate with business and security stakeholders to gather IAM requirements and implement secure identity governance processes.

Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management workflows, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request processes.

Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications, Active Directory, HR systems, databases, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Configure connectors and onboard enterprise applications into the Saviynt platform.

Support access certification campaigns, access reviews, and compliance initiatives.

Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and coordinate with vendors or senior engineers for complex incidents.

Maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures.





Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to deliver IAM solutions.

Stay current with IAM best practices, Saviynt product updates, and emerging cybersecurity trends.

Required Skills : 3–5 years of overall IT experience.

1–2+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).

Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).

Hands-on experience with application onboarding, connectors, and workflow development.

Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Least Privilege principles.

Experience integrating IAM solutions with:

Active Directory

HR Systems

Databases

AWS, Azure, or GCP

Basic SQL/RDBMS knowledge.

Experience with Java, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in the airline industry is an added advantage.

Qualified certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, GCIA, or SANS are preferred.
