Location: Chennai, India
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in IB PYP | Prior Team Lead/Group Lead experience preferred Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation of the IB PYP programme.
- Mentor and coach teachers through collaborative planning and classroom support.
- Ensure curriculum planning, assessment, and documentation align with IB standards.
- Coordinate professional development and IB compliance.
- Foster strong communication with staff, parents, and the IB.
- Contribute to school improvement initiatives and promote the school's vision. Requirements:
