Position Title: IAM L3 Admin role

Experience Level: 7-11 Years

Full Time

Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month

Location: Pune, MH

Shift: 5:30 pm - 2:30 am

Hybrid

Role Scope

- Operate within the IAM service tower with no cross-domain ownership
- Support enterprise user base in a regulated setting
- Align delivery with governance, security, and compliance standards
- Work within SLA/KPI-driven managed services model




- Collaborate with internal L2/L3/engineering teams for escalations

Key Responsibilities

- Execute JML lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
- Provision and revoke user/system access
- Support access recertification cycles
- Manage privileged access users
- Ensure audit compliance and controls enforcement
- Handle identity incidents and service requests
- Maintain access governance documentation
