Introduction & Summary:An experienced IAM B2B Specialist is sought to design, implement, and support identity governance in large organizations. This role requires extensive expertise in IAM and Entra ID, along with proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI, to ensure audit readiness and compliance.Main Responsibilities:The specialist will focus on core identity governance tasks, ensuring the accuracy and quality of identity reviews while supporting the onboarding of applications.Support on Identity Governance for IAM.Conduct identity review, quality checks,



and reporting.Manage dashboard accuracy and identify mitigation strategies.Recertify access rights for applications.Assist with application onboarding and review FRS for governance and compliance.Define strategy and develop governance for B2B solutions.Maintain key technical documentation, including IAM & PAM, and design documents for application onboarding.Review and update IAM policy documents.Provide ongoing IAM operations support.Key Requirements:Extensive experience in IAM and Entra ID.Proficient in Excel and Power BI for reporting and dashboard publishing.Ability to ensure compliance with audit requirements.Nice to Have:Knowledge of IAM policies and governance frameworks.Experience in application onboarding processes.Other Details:Location: BengaluruMode: The consultant should work from the Alstom Bangalore office at least 1 day per week.
