A reputed engineering project is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to oversee the complete installation, execution, and commissioning of advanced VRF/VRV air conditioning systems. This is a dynamic, field-based role best suited for candidates who are confident in independently managing site-level HVAC works.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end installation and commissioning of VRF/VRV HVAC systems on-site

- Interpret and work from HVAC design layouts, BOQs, and technical drawings

- Collaborate with consultants, site engineers, and client representatives to ensure project goals are met.

- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and on-time delivery during execution

- Supervise technician teams, manage material flow, and coordinate site logistics.

- Provide on-site technical troubleshooting and resolution of HVAC system issues

- Report progress and escalate site-level challenges to the Project and MEP Heads

Requirements





Candidate Requirements:

- Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in HVAC, specifically with VRF/VRV systems

- Age Range: 25 – 35 years

- Languages: English (Kannada preferred but not mandatory)

- Strong project handling, site coordination, and technical problem-solving skills

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced project environment with field responsibilities
