Role Description The HVAC Design Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The HVAC Design Engineer will be responsible for designing HVAC systems for pharmaceutical and biotech facilities, including preparation of layouts, equipment selection, and air distribution designs that comply with GMP and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include performing heat load and airflow calculations, coordinating with architectural, civil, and plumbing teams, preparing technical drawings and specifications, and reviewing designs for constructability and efficiency.

The role involves supporting project execution through design reviews, responding to site queries,



collaborating with project managers, and participating in qualification and validation activities related to HVAC systems. The HVAC Design Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and assist in client presentations and technical discussions as needed.

Qualifications Strong skills in HVAC Design and HVAC system planning for cleanrooms, laboratories, and other controlled environments.

Knowledge of Plumbing systems and coordination of HVAC and utility services within industrial or commercial facilities.

Proficiency in engineering Calculations, including heat load, airflow, pressure drop, and equipment sizing.

Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Familiarity with GMP requirements, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards for pharmaceutical and biotech facilities.

Ability to read and develop technical drawings using CAD or similar design tools, with attention to accuracy and detail.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

Relevant experience in HVAC design for pharma or biotech projects is preferred; professional certifications in HVAC or building services are an advantage.
