Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Create and publish job postings across LinkedIn and other hiring platforms.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in HR is a plus).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
Compensation
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (including performance incentives)
