Talent Acquisition

✅ Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other hiring channels.

✅ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

✅ Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms.

✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

✅ Deliver an excellent candidate experience.

✅ Support onboarding and documentation.

✅ Stay updated with recruitment trends and sourcing strategies. HR Administration & Operations

✅ Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

✅ Handle attendance, leave management,



and employee records using GreytHR.

✅ Support day-to-day office administration and operations.

✅ Monitor office supplies and administrative requirements.

✅ Ensure compliance with HR policies and documentation.

✅ Assist in employee engagement activities and process improvements. ? We're Looking For

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

✔ Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

✔ Experience with GreytHR is preferred.
