About DPBL.

Dipanshu Promoters and Builders Pvt. Ltd. delivers building construction projects on an EPC basis, working predominantly with government and public-sector clients across Jharkhand, Bihar and Delhi NCR. Our work is buildings — institutional, residential and public building projects; we do not undertake roads, highways, bridges, power or industrial plant work.

Our designs are checked against departmental specifications, cleared by statutory authorities and delivered against audited timelines — an error here is a delay and a matter of public record. We build small teams of competent engineers and give them real ownership of their discipline.

The role.

air-conditioning and ventilation design for EPC building projects from our Delhi office — from design basis through GFC drawings, BOQ and statutory clearance. This is a design-office role, not a site execution role.

What you will do

- Heat load calculations to NBC 2016, ISHRAE and ASHRAE on Carrier HAP, E-20 or equivalent — performed and defended by you
- System selection and sizing: chillers, VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, ventilation and exhaust fans
- Duct design to SMACNA; chilled water and refrigerant pipe sizing; ESP and pressure drop calculations
- Car park and kitchen ventilation, smoke extraction, staircase and lobby pressurisation to NBC 2016 Part 4
- Design Basis Report, technical specifications, equipment schedules, BOQ and rate analysis




- Tender and GFC drawing sets in AutoCAD; coordination with electrical, plumbing and fire, civil and architecture
- Support to procurement on technical bid evaluation, and to site on RFIs, shop drawings and commissioning

**What you must have
- B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical En gineering
- Minimum five years in HVAC design — design office, consultancy or EPC design cell. Site execution and sales do not substitute
- Ability to produce a complete heat load calculation independently and explain every assumption in it
- Working command of NBC 2016, ISHRAE, ASHRAE, SMACNA and CPWD specifications
- AutoCAD proficiency sufficient to issue a complete, coordinated GFC set
- Demonstrated experience on building projects executed in EPC mode; has prepared BOQ and specifications for at least one tendered building project

Preferred

Government, PSU or department building projects (CPWD, PWD, NBCC, HSCC, state departments) • Revit MEP and Navisworks • ECBC compliance documentation • hospitals, institutional and public buildings • experience with third-party proof checking.

Who this role is not for

Fresh graduates and students; engineers whose experience is entirely HVAC installation, execution, servicing or sales; engineers whose
