Responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities, developing and updating job descriptions, coordinating onboarding and orientation, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role involves handling employee relations matters, assisting with performance management processes, and advising managers on HR best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills to manage employee concerns, foster engagement, and support conflict resolution.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
