Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at JD Institute of Fashion Technology in South Delhi. The individual will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling for academic and administrative staff.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and HRIS records. The role involves partnering with leadership to plan workforce needs, manage training and development initiatives, and support organizational culture aligned with the institute's creative and academic setting.

Manager will also coordinate payroll inputs, support statutory compliances, and drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and retention.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience : 3 years

- Candidates should possess strong HR operations and administration skills, including recruitment, onboarding,



performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations and engagement, such as conflict resolution, grievance handling, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and experience managing HR documentation, HRIS, and payroll coordination.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to collaborate with academic and administrative teams.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an added advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in education, creative industries, or service-oriented organizations.
- Comfort working on-site in South Delhi and readiness to support institute activities, events, and peak academic cycles as needed.
