Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role will design and implement HR policies, manage compliance with local labor laws, and support organizational development initiatives aligned with the company’s growth in technology and clean energy sectors.





The HR Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to address workforce planning, talent development, and workplace culture. The position also involves handling employee relations, managing HR data and reporting, and supporting compensation and benefits processes.

Qualifications

Strong experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Skills in HR policy development, HR operations, and compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Competence in HR data management, HRIS tools, and the use of analytics for workforce planning and decision-making.

Ability to design and drive employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational development initiatives.

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, ideally within technology, industrial, or energy-related organizations.

Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
