Role Description This full-time Territory Management Trainee role is an on-site position based in Mau. The trainee supports territory development by identifying potential dealers and customers, assisting with lead generation activities, and maintaining regular contact with existing partners. Daily responsibilities include visiting dealers, collecting market feedback, tracking sales performance, and supporting local promotional initiatives.

The role also involves coordinating with senior sales and distribution teams,



preparing basic business plans and reports for the territory, and ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met.

Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Lead Generation for identifying opportunities and driving territory growth.

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and supporting dealers and end customers.

Candidates should possess Business Planning skills to assist in territory planning, reporting, and performance tracking.

Basic understanding of automotive or industrial products, especially lubricants or engine oils, is beneficial.

Ability to work on-site in Mau, travel within the territory, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in using spreadsheets or CRM tools for tracking leads and sales activities is preferred.

Relevant academic background in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
