About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team for a structured 3-month internship program in Coimbatore. This role offers direct interaction with the leadership team and hands-on exposure to initiatives that align closely with core business goals -providing a strong foundation in practical HR operations and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

Assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth, structured experience for recent hires

Plan and execute employee engagement activities

Participate in leadership discussions on HR strategy, workforce planning, and business priorities, and prepare related reports and presentations

Contribute to the development and documentation of HR policies and processes

Maintain employee records and support HR compliance activities

Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve people-related issues

Draft and circulate internal communications on HR announcements and updates

Own assigned projects end-to-end and deliver within set timelines





Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and dedication to outcomes

Sound problem-solving and analytical ability

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR tools is a plus

Eligibility Criteria

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Prior internship experience in HR (preferred but not mandatory)

Genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources
