We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive HR Interns to join our team. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and onboarding. You will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on experience in the complete recruitment and employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

Conduct initial HR screening calls and maintain candidate records.

Assist in onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.





Draft job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment-related communication.

Maintain HR databases, employee records, and recruitment trackers.

Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives. Eligibility

Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, BA, Psychology, or any related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Valuable interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
