Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment, onboarding, team coordination, and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and communities.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.




- Assist with onboarding and induction of new team members.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Coordinate with different teams regarding hiring requirements.
- Help improve PANHA’s recruitment and HR processes.

Qualifications

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using Google Forms, Sheets, and similar tools.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and people management.
- Background in HR, Psychology, Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior recruitment or campus hiring experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
