HR Intern (Unpaid Internship) Organization: SOS Children's Villages of India Location: Vasant Kunj, New Delhi Internship Duration: 1 Month Stipend: Unpaid Internship About The Organization SOS Children's Villages of India is a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that every child grows up with love, care, and security. We work towards strengthening families, protecting children's rights, and empowering communities across the country.

Position Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are interested in gaining practical exposure in Human Resources. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles.

Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.

Support the onboarding process and maintain employee documentation.

Update and maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.

Assist in drafting HR-related emails, letters, and documents.

Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.

Help with data entry, filing, and HR administrative activities.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for recruitment and onboarding activities.

Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
