Batangarh News is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our office-based Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent prospect for students or freshers who want hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management within a media organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and issuing offer letters and appointment letters.
- Posting job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and other hiring platforms.
- Screening and shortlisting resumes through company software and job portals.
- Coordinating with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
- Collecting, verifying, and maintaining employee documents.
- Managing and updating employee data and HR records accurately.
- Sending official HR-related emails and maintaining email communication.
- Assisting in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Supporting the HR team in all activities typically handled by HR interns.
Eligibility
Criteria
- Students or freshers pursuing or completed MBA(HR) or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and MS Office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work from office during fixed hours.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
