About the Company:

We are a rapid-growing, family-run premium perfume and fragrance brand with a strong focus on quality, creativity, and customer experience. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and dependable professional to work directly with the Founder and help drive day-to-day operations. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can seamlessly balance executive support, office administration, and people coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedule.

● Handle correspondence, prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and maintain confidential business documents.

● Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.

● Track action items, follow up on deliverables, and support the Founder with business projects and research.

● Oversee day-to-day office administration, facilities, office supplies, and vendor management.





● Manage office logistics, travel bookings, courier services, and administrative documentation.

● Support recruitment by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting with hiring activities.

● Facilitate employee onboarding, maintain HR records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

● Assist in implementing HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communication.

● Organise company meetings, events, exhibitions, and ensure smooth operational support across functions.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

● High level of discretion and confidentiality.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

● Comfortable working directly with business owners and senior leadership.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in family-owned businesses, consumer brands, luxury products, retail, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, cosmetics, beauty, or fragrance companies will be an added advantage.
