Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Vasai.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling onboarding and exit processes, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and statutory requirements. The role involves supporting employee relations by addressing queries,



facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Executive will assist in recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, support performance management cycles, and contribute to training and development initiatives. The role also includes generating HR reports, collaborating with leadership on HR initiatives, and helping implement best practices aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR initiatives.

Hands-on experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, including compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines.

Proficiency in Employee Relations, with skills in communication, conflict management, and fostering an inclusive workplace.

Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Vasai, manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and use HRIS or similar systems effectively.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is beneficial, along with familiarity with payroll coordination and basic HR analytics.
