Role Description The Human Resources Generalist will handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. This role will support the implementation of HR policies, manage employee benefits and attendance records, and assist with payroll inputs and compliance-related documentation. The HR Generalist will respond to employee queries, support performance management processes, and help maintain a positive,



inclusive workplace culture.

The position will also coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews, and maintain HR records and reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in generalist or similar HR roles.

Knowledge of HR Policies and ability to support policy implementation and compliance with local labor regulations.

Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, communication, and query resolution.

Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or similar systems, and basic MS Office tools for reporting and record-keeping.

Effective interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with a customer-focused and ethical approach.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, prioritize tasks, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.

Prior experience in retail, service, or technology environments, preferably in India, is beneficial.
