Hiring: HR Recruiter Location: Gurugram

Industry: Real Estate We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and hire the right talent.

Experience 1–1.5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other hiring channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain the candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Handle offer rollouts and assist in the onboarding process.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.





Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Achieve hiring targets within the given timelines.

Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sourcing and screening abilities.

Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Robust coordination and organizational skills. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
