Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, supporting performance appraisal processes, and assisting with training and development initiatives. The role involves handling employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and supporting policies that promote a positive and inclusive culture. The HR Executive will also ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, manage attendance and leave systems,



and collaborate with management on workforce planning.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Madurai. Qualifications

Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate screening, with experience handling multiple hiring requirements.

Ability to manage HR operations such as onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, and leave/attendance tracking.

Competence in performance management support, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.

Knowledge of HR policies, labor law basics, and compliance practices relevant to Indian employment regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and fairness.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software or tools; comfort with digital documentation and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, MBA, MSW or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.

Prior experience in an HR executive or HR generalist role, preferably in the IT or technology sector, is beneficial.
