Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including the implementation of HR policies, facilitating employee relations, and overseeing HR management activities. Responsibilities also include collaborating with team members to ensure compliance,



fostering a positive workplace culture, and addressing the human capital needs of the organization effectively.

Qualifications

- Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and HR Policies
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resources (HR) best practices and processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to agile situations and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in sustainability-focused or transportation industries is a plus
- Well versed with Attendance management, payroll and compliance
