Role Description The Human Resources Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations to support a small, high-impact legal practice focused on pro bono work. This full-time, on-site role based in Connaught Place includes administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management processes.

The role involves overseeing benefits administration, handling employee queries, assisting with training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and HR Management practices, including staffing, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ability to develop, implement,



and maintain HR Policies that support fair treatment, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee communication.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, with robust attention to detail and confidentiality in handling HR data.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to support staff and resolve HR issues professionally.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software and basic office productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Commitment to social justice and willingness to work in a mission-driven, pro bono legal environment.
