Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.

Responsibilities include maintaining and implementing HR policies, addressing employee queries, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational requirements. The role involves coordinating training and development initiatives, maintaining accurate HR records, and preparing HR reports for management. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal,



requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership to support a growing workforce in a quick-paced mobility environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with an understanding of core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including handling documentation, HR systems, and day-to-day administrative processes.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to resolve concerns, promote engagement, and support a positive workplace culture.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including developing, implementing, and maintaining compliant and transparent HR guidelines.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with HR software or HRIS systems, and familiarity with Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in an on-site HR role, ideally within a service, mobility, or technology-driven organization, is an advantage.
