Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, attendance and leave management, and maintenance of employee records. This role will support employee life cycle processes such as recruitment coordination, induction, performance management support, and exit formalities.

The Human Resources

Executive will handle employee relations, address queries, facilitate engagement initiatives, and ensure consistent communication of HR policies and procedures. The role will also involve compliance with labor laws, support for payroll inputs,



and collaboration with management to implement HR best practices. This is a full-time, in office role located in Noida.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Management and overall Human Resources (HR) administration.

Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, and HR process coordination.

Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle employee concerns and support engagement initiatives.

Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies, including drafting, implementing, and communicating policies and procedures.

Additional beneficial qualifications include knowledge of Indian labor laws, experience in a corporate or technology-driven environment, and familiarity with HRIS or HR management software.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work accurately and maintain confidentiality, are essential.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
