Human Resource Executive

We’re looking for a proactive Human Resource Executive to build, nurture, and strengthen the culture of our growing organization. As a young company, preserving our values, team spirit, and work environment will be just as important as managing day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Champion and cultivate the company’s culture through employee engagement initiatives and internal activities.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and exit formalities.

- Maintain employee attendance, timesheets, leave records, working hours, and HR documentation.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, working days, and performance expectations.

- Coordinate employee onboarding, probation reviews,



confirmations, and offboarding processes.

- Support performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions when required.

- Continuously improve HR processes to create an efficient, positive, and high-performing workplace.

Ideal Candidate

- 0.5-1 year of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

- Passionate about people, culture, and creating an exceptional employee experience.
