Founded in 2015, it has grown from a single café into a multi-city chain with locations in New Delhi, Gurugram, Jaipur, Mumbai, Goa, Ahmedabad, and Vadodara Role Description Greenr is looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Human Resource Executive to join our growing team. Experience Required 2–3 years of HR experience in the hospitality or F&B; industry Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring

Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Handle employee relations and resolve interpersonal conflicts

Coordinate performance appraisals and employee feedback processes

Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and procedures





Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws

Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives

Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR requirements Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, Hotel Management, or any related field

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage

2–3 years of HR experience in the hospitality or F&B; industry is mandatory

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a quick-paced work environment What We're Looking For
