HR & Admin Executive (Entry Level)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year (MBA/BBA in HR or related field preferred)

Salary: ₹2.5 LPA (Gross)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or candidates with minimal work experience who are looking to build a career in Human Resources and Administration. You'll get hands-on exposure to core HR functions and day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment — job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data
- Help coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team
- Assist with drafting HR communications, letters, and basic policy documents
- Support performance appraisal documentation and tracking

Admin:

- Manage day-to-day office administration — stationery, housekeeping




- Assist with travel and logistics arrangements for staff
- Maintain inventory of office assets and supplies
- Support facility management and ensure smooth office operations
- Handle basic documentation, filing, and data entry tasks

Requirements

- MBA/BBA (HR, Marketing, or related field) or equivalent
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word
- Good communication skills in English and Marathi/Hindi
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
