Job Title: Human Resource executive

? Location: Paschim Vihar West, Delhi

? Experience: 1–3 Years in Marketing Agency Job Summary The HR Executive is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs by managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and organizational development, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Management - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Drive organizational development and change initiatives.

Talent

Acquisition & Onboarding - Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.

- Design and execute effective onboarding programs.
- Build employer branding and talent pipelines.

Employee

Relations - Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.

- Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
- Manage disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.

Performance

Management - Oversee performance appraisal systems.





- Support managers with goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Identify training and development needs.

Compensation & Advantages - Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and rewards programs.

- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure internal equity. Learning & Development - Plan and implement training programs.
- Support leadership development and succession planning. HR Operations & Compliance - Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and regulations.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS systems.
- Prepare HR metrics and reports for leadership.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of progressive HR experience (including leadership exposure).
- Strong knowledge of compliances and HR best practices.
