Position: HR Consultant (Startup HR Setup & Leadership Training) About Us
Strike & Smash Pvt. Ltd. is a rapid-growing sports and technology startup operating indoor cricket centers, grounds, and sports venues. We are expanding rapidly and are looking to build a strong HR foundation that can support our long-term growth. Our Co-Founder will be leading the HR department, and we are looking for an experienced HR consultant who can mentor, train, and help establish all HR systems from the ground up.
Objective The consultant will be responsible for: Building the complete HR framework for the company.
Training the Co-Founder to independently manage the HR department.
Creating scalable HR policies and systems for future expansion.
