Role & responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
- Support Bulk Hiring for BPO & Non-IT clients

Preferred candidate profile

- Laptop is Mandatory
- Work From Home (WFH)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Good communication in Hindi & English
- Freshers & Final-Year Students Can Apply
- Basic knowledge of Recruitment/HR is a plus
