We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Administrator Intern to join our team in Ghaziabad for a 3-month hands-on internship. This is an ideal role for a fresher eager to kickstart a career in Human Resources. In this role, you will work closely with HR management to support daily operations, manage employee records, assist with onboarding, and ensure smooth administrative workflows.

· A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is Preferred. Prior experience in an HR support or administrative position is an advantage.

· Robust communication, organization, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

·Core Human Resources (HR) & HR Management: Strong foundational understanding of core HR operations, administrative workflows, and employee lifecycle processes.

· HRIS & Data Management: Proficiency or strong willingness to learn Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate data entry, record maintenance, and basic reporting.

· Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort working with digital HR systems.
