About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the organization's human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR operations, ensuring statutory compliance, managing payroll, leading talent acquisition efforts, fostering a positive workplace culture, and guiding the HR team. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Ensure payroll compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Resolve payroll queries and maintain payroll records and reports.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure efficient HR operations.
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and support team development.
Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, etc.).
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and support compliance audits.
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and implement HR policies that enhance employee experience.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to meet hiring needs through effective sourcing strategies.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to payroll, compliance, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HRMS and payroll software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
