Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding recent hires.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and employee referrals.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

- Support offer management, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.

- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.

- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

- Support HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee data management.

- Prepare recruitment MIS reports and hiring metrics.

- Participate in employer branding, campus hiring, and employee engagement initiatives as required
