Responsibilities

- Develop HR strategies & plans

- Screen resumes and shortlist the best talent.

- Conduct HR interviews and assess communication, attitude, sales skills, and cultural fit.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires.

- Improve interview-to-joining conversion ratio.

- Negotiate salary and release offer letters.

- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

- Conduct employee onboarding and induction.

- Build employer branding to attract top talent.

- Develop campus hiring and referral programs.

- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.

- Work closely with business heads to meet manpower requirements.

- Ensure hiring quality, employee retention, and recruitment process compliance.
