- Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes/applications, conduct phone/video interviews, and sOffer & Onboarding: Extend job offers, manage negotiations, and facilitate onboarding for new employees.qualified candidates

Strategy & Metrics: Develop recruitment strategies, track metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire), and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications.

- Experience: Previous experience as an HR Recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candid.ate Management Systems (CMS), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field.
