About the RoleBhash Software Labs is looking for a proactive and target-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment , especially in hiring for Sales and Tech roles . ? Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other channels .
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Handle bulk hiring and meet recruitment targets within timelines.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities. ? Requirements • 1–3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist .
- Strong experience in Sales hiring and Tech/IT hiring .
- Experience hiring for SaaS, IT, CPaaS, or startup companies is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with hiring targets and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in recruitment portals and HRMS tools.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
