Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Bengaluru(Restaurants/Hotels/Hospitality sector preferable ). The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of HR management and HR operations, including employee relations, Recruitment,Training and Development, HR policies, and overall HR strategy implementation.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of HR Management and HR Operations and Recruitment.
- Ability to effectively manage employee relations and employee engagement .
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team membersRole Description

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
