Responsibilities

 Work closely with relevant business stakeholders and participate in the planning process to develop Talent strategy and roadmap for the aligned Services; ensure alignment of the Talent strategy to Service priorities.

 Represent the HR perspective and contribute in the devising the vision, roadmap,

operating model and strategic Talent initiatives for the business.

 Work on initiatives related to identification of HiPos and ensure continued engagement for the same.

 Identify Gaps in Succession and work towards establishment of a Leadership Succession

Pipeline by partnering with the respective function/business heads.

 Plan with Learning and Development charter, curate and run specific learning initiatives targeted to cater to future needs of the organisation.

 Maintain relevance and make periodic changes in the line with the changing business dynamics.





 Partner with Business Heads to ensure team structure enables long term strategy and delivers business goals.

 Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct and outlined ethical guidelines.

 Provide business insights on the change management strategy.

 Excellent in communication & interpersonal skills

Qualifications

 Should be a master’s in human resource management with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management

 Should have a strong understanding of Talent Management.

 Should have managed difficult stakeholders and difficult situations.

 Should be adept at using Data Analytics and quantitative techniques for Driving decision making.

 Positive knowledge of maintain MIS reports
