Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter Executive with

2-4 years of recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple positions across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to on boarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and follow up until candidate joining.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Coordinate on boarding and documentation for current hires.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and hiring MIS.




- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in hiring for manufacturing, finance, sales, HR, and corporate roles will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
