Role & responsibilities

- Allocating slots for walk-ins and visits

- Managing the team of relationship managers at the hub

- Scheduling HTD

- Building a relationship with the customer at the retail hub, understanding their needsandnegotiating as needed

- Managing the hub inventory

- Meeting and engaging with customers, showing them cars and conducting test drives

- Ensuring that any issues are resolved

Preferred candidate profile

- Relevant experience in B2C sales and operations

- At least 2 years of team handling

- 4-5 years of relevant experience

- Graduate degree

- Valuable verbal communication skills English, Hindi and regional language
