· Own end-to-end HubSpot platform administration across CRM, CMS, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub, including user provisioning, role-based permissions, and license management.

· Design and maintain custom objects, properties, pipelines, deal stages, and lifecycle configurations aligned to CAMP's sales and marketing processes.

· Enforce data governance standards including deduplication, field standardization, naming conventions, and record hygiene across the HubSpot database.

· Conduct regular audits of platform configuration, identifying and remediating technical debt, redundant workflows, and misconfigured properties

· Design and manage custom objects, surveys, properties, pipelines and deal stages aligned to business processes.

· Build, test and maintain automated workflows for lead routing and email sequences.

· Stay current on HubSpot product releases and proactively recommend enhancements that improve team efficiency.





· Manage integrations between HubSpot and adjacent systems (ERP, support platforms, billing, analytics and data warehouse).

· Create and maintain dashboards and custom reports in HubSpot and Power BI

· Implement and integrate AI efficiencies in CRM data and processes Requirements Required Minimum Preferred Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field Experience Minimum 4 years of using business software HubSpot 2-3 years of experience with AI tools such as Open AI and Claude Minimum 1 year experience with Salesforce and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software programs such as Oracle, Acumatica or others Minimum 1 year experience with Power BI or other analytics software 6 years preferred in HubSpot and other CRM software
