We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive – Payroll to manage payroll operations and support day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee records management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage attendance, leave records,



and salary calculations.
- Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and payroll reports.
- Support onboarding, employee lifecycle, and HR operations.
- Coordinate with Finance for salary processing and reimbursements.
- Resolve employee payroll-related queries promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of payroll experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, Payroll, Labour Laws, and HRMS/Excel.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with accuracy.
