Role & responsibilities The HR Business Partner will support operations by driving employee relations, industrial relations, and people processes for the production unit. The role requires close collaboration with leadership to ensure a stable workforce environment, statutory compliance, and effective HR support for blue-collar and staff employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Drive workforce discipline, attendance governance, and behavioral frameworks across locations.
- Provide guidance to managers on handling sensitive employee situations and escalations.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Support investigations and closure of employee misconduct cases.
- Partner with operations leaders on manpower planning, workforce productivity, and people challenges.
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters for frontline teams and business stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring,



and onboarding for frontline roles.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance validation, and coordination with payroll teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and employee issues.
- Maintain HR documentation and compliance readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and operational efficiency.

Eligibility

- Bachelors / MBA / PGDM in HR or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to industrial relations / employee relations.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, factory, logistics, or high-volume work force environments preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced multi-location operations setup.
