The HRBP will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR expertise and a strategic mindset to help drive business success.

Responsibilities - Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

- Manage employee relations, addressing issues and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Drive talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles.
- Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness.




- Support organizational change initiatives and culture transformation efforts.

Skills and Qualifications - 8-10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a related field.

- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change within an organization.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities.
