Key Responsibilities -

- Taking care of absenteeism and handling manpower planning.




- To recruit the employees and verify their documents.
- To prepare /scope of work for employees.
- To complete joining formalities and issue appointment letter.
- Executing the induction and orientation of employees.
- To follow the performance appraisal before confirmation of employee and issue of letter of confirmation.
- Taking care of Payroll & PMS (Performance Management System) of the employees.
- To take care of the employees grievance along with Factory Management in order to secure their redressed and act as a chain between management and employees.
- To ensure welfare activities for the employees.
- To interact with HOD's to solve the day to day problems of the employees and for robust performance management.
- To assist in statutory compliance and managing end to end HR activities.
