Coverage: 2025 Institutes (Multi-location)
100% WFO / first & last saturday working
Role Overview The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Skills Business will be responsible for driving end-to-end HR support across a cluster of 20–25 institutes, partnering closely with business leaders to enable people effectiveness, compliance, and performance outcomes.
This role requires strong capability in HR operations, analytics, presentation skills, and HR technology, with hands-on experience in HRMS platforms (preferably PeopleStrong).
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering & Workforce Planning
Act as the primary HR partner for Institute Heads and Regional Leaders across assigned locations. Drive manpower planning, productivity optimization, and attrition control.
Support business reviews with people analytics, insights, and recommendations.
1. Talent Acquisition & Staffing
Manage and support hiring requirements across institutes (faculty, counsellors, centre teams). Ensure timely closures against approved manpower budgets.
Track hiring metrics and joining conversions.
1. Performance & Talent Management
Support PMS cycles, goal setting, reviews, and performance interventions. Identify capability gaps and coordinate training & development initiatives.
Drive succession planning for critical institute roles.
1. HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure seamless HR operations: onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, documentation. Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to company HR policies.
Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
1. HR Analytics, Reporting & Presentations
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for reviews, audits, and leadership updates. Use advanced Excel for dashboards covering hiring, attrition, attendance, and productivity.
Maintain high data accuracy and integrity in HRMS.
1. HR Technology & Systems
Drive adoption and effective usage of HRMS (PeopleStrong preferred) across all institutes. Ensure accuracy of employee data, attendance, leave, PMS, and exit records.
Act as first-level HRMS SPOC for institute users.
Skills & Competencies
Solid HRBP mindset with multi-location handling experience
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
High proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel
Strong working knowledge of HRMS / HR Tech platforms
Analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Ability to travel across assigned branches as required
Education & Experience
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
