Eastern Financiers Ltd. is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR letters, documentation, and maintain employee records
- Assist with statutory compliance and HR operations
- Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA/PGDM with HR specialization is preferred but not mandatory
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)




- Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Human Resources
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
